Our clients are able to get special discounts on freight when they use our preferred freight solution provider – New Planet Express Ltd to send their documents to us.

You can also send us your scanned documents through CD/ DVD or through the internet; e-mail or FTP. We can set up an FTP account for you or get a separate online host for your scanned documents and output data.

After the data entry, we can send you the output through CD/ DVD/ e-mail or through FTP.

All along while doing your data entry, we subject your data to your specific business rules ensuring consistent and accurate results. Through our in-house Security and Confidentiality measures, your data is always safe and secure.

You can choose to have us archive your physical or scanned documents in a secure location here in Nairobi . We can, under your direction shred and destroy the documents too.
